Benefits of a popular batman chronology

We are going to have a brief look at one of the longest running and popular comic books of the time, batman. But he was not featured in his very own comic book. He was part of detective comics issue number 27. The thing about batman that was unique for his time and even now is that he was a super hero with no super powers. He could not fly like batman or run fast like flash, nor was he strong such as the hulk. He was only a flesh and blood crime fighter out to rid the world of the type of vermin responsible for the death of his parents. Also, unlike a number of other super heroes, batman was a really dark character that has a lot of his private demons that he needed to remain in check. Every day was a struggle to keep his anger from getting the best of him. Many times he came close to crossing the line between good and evil.

The Batman Chronology

Batman resides in go them city in the guise of playboy millionaire Bruce Wayne. Only his trusty butler Alfred knew of his secret identity as batman. He chose to style his crime fighting ensemble after that of a bat due to the dark nature of crime itself. He wished to be seen in something which would strike fear in the hearts of criminals, not make them laugh. The first comprehensive origin of batman wasn’t told before the June issue of detective comics, number 47. His real origin, as was true with so many comic book heroes, changed many times since the years went on. However, the basic facts of his personality have remained unchanged over time. The Batman Chronology had quite a few gadgets that have become very popular and familiar over the years like his utility belt that could pretty characters. Along with this he had the popular bat mobile, bat copter, bat cycle, bat plane and bat vessel.

These vehicles in some way, shape or form resembled the look of a bat. It was not until April 1940 that batman would get his trusty sidekick, robin, and the boy wonder. In various ways, particularly with adolescents, robin was an even more popular character than batman since he was someone who children could relate to. Over the years batman battled a variety of diabolical criminals. Some of the more famous ones were the riddle, the joker, the penguin, cat woman and Mr. Freeze. Each issue of the comic, especially in the early years would usually feature another foe to get batman to do battle with. The only twist to this was the occasional time that cat woman would attempt to seduce batman with her womanly charms.
